Add Boston University hockey to the list of teams bringing fans behind the scenes. On Wednesday, the school introduced a new season-long web series called “BU Hockey: The Season” that will chronicle the Terriers’ first season under head coach David Quinn.
The first episode, released on Wednesday, takes fans from the first practice of the season through BU’s first game, a win over Massachusetts. You get to see Quinn talk to the team at practice and in the locker room, and you get to see senior captain Garrett Noonan confess that he’s paranoid to take penalties with Quinn in charge, a nod to Quinn’s low tolerance for bad penalties.
